Gol Farang: The Enchanting Floral Motif of Iranian Carpets

Some evidence shows that Gol Farang dates back to the Timurid period. Some people have presented miniatures inspired by the rose, and some believe that there were fabrics at the time of Al-Boye that were designed with this motif, but all this is limited to theory, and the exact date of its origin is unknown.
