At LetsGoPersian, we are committed to offering authentic handmade Persian carpets of exceptional quality. Because every carpet is handcrafted and unique, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the carpet must:
Be unused and in its original condition.
Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or alterations.
Include all original packaging, labels, and accompanying documentation.
Have received prior Return Authorization (RMA) from LetsGoPersian.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Each Persian carpet is individually handcrafted. Slight variations in:
Size (approximately ±3%)
Color
Pattern
Wool texture
Knot density
are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom-made or made-to-order carpets
Personalized products
Clearance or final sale items
Carpets that have been used, washed, repaired, or altered
Items damaged through improper use or storage
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Photos of the shipping box
Photos of the shipping label
Clear photos of the carpet and any damage
If the issue is confirmed, LetsGoPersian will arrange an appropriate replacement or provide a full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs.
Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA).
Please include:
Order number
Reason for return
Photos of the carpet (if requested)
Returns received without an approved RMA may be refused and returned to the sender.
For returns due to a change of mind or customer preference:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
The customer must use a fully insured and trackable shipping service.
The customer assumes responsibility for the shipment until it is safely received by LetsGoPersian.
For international returns, the customer is responsible for:
Return shipping costs
Export fees
Customs duties
Import taxes
Brokerage or clearance fees
Any charges incurred by LetsGoPersian as a result of the return may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Because most Persian carpets are one-of-a-kind, exchanges cannot be guaranteed. If an exchange is not available, you may return the eligible item and place a new order for another carpet.
