Introduction

The above rug is an original Qom Baqai weave and is woven with pure Iranian silk. The colors are natural and consistent. This rug was woven about forty years ago and has not been used and has been kept in a private collection until now. Those who know the difference between pure Iranian silk and Chinese silk with the Qom all-silk carpet, and even those who are not very specialized can understand the quality of this rug from the transparency and softness of the silk.
